Rich and Charlies Salad
Ingredients List:
1 head isberg lettuce
1/2 c Parmesan Cheese
1 can drained artichokes
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 small jar pimentos
Dressing:
1/3 c oil
1/3c vinegar
Combine all above items, pour on dressing, add Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Cover and marinate for 1 hour.
