Party Potatoes
Ingredients List:
32oz pk Hash Browns (defrosted)
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 c onion
1/2 c butter
1 tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pint of sour cream
2 c cheddar cheese
Mix Everything except cheese
Bake at 350 for 1-1 1/2 hour
Put cheese on top for the last 1/2 hour.
