Lasagna
Ingredients List:
1 lb. Lasagna Noodles
1 lb chopped Beef
1 lb sweet italian sausage
1 1/2 lb ricotta or cottage cheese
1 tsp Chopped Parsley
2 eggs
1 tbsp salt
1/2 lb shredded mozzarella
2 tbsp. Romano cheese
Sauce
1/4 c Olive Oil
1 clove garlic
2 cans Italian tomatoes
6 (6oz) can of water
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 c onion diced
2 (6oz) cans tomato paste
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
Base:
Boil Lasagna with 1 tsp salt add to boiling water.
Brown sausage and beef, set aside.
Mix together ricotta cheese, eggs, mozzarella, romano cheese, parsley and salt, set aside
Sauce:
Brown onions and garlic in olive oil. Add paste, tomato, water and spices. Simmer for 2 hours.
Combine:
Arrange lasagna in layers casserole. Arrange 1/3 of meat and cheese mix and cover with sauce pan. Repeat until all is used. Cover with sauce and sprinkle with Romano cheese. Bake at 350 30-45 minutes.

Delicious Easy Parmesan Knots
Ingredients List:
1/2 c Vegetable Oil
1/4 c Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp garlic Powder
1 1/2 tsp. Parsley
1 1/2 tsp Dried Oegano
Dash of Pepper
2 Can (12oz) refrigerated Buttermilk biscuits
Mix all items but the biscuits
Cut each biscuit in half- roll each portion into a 6" rope and tie ina lose knot.
Place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 450 for 6-8 minutes
Brush the mixture over the knots
